Dr. Clifton Baldwin is a senior systems engineer with the NAS Systems Engineering group at the Federal Aviation Administration. In addition, Dr. Baldwin is an adjunct professor of Data Science and Strategic Analytics at Stockton University, Galloway, NJ, in the Masters-level program he helped establish. A member of INCOSE since 2003, Dr. Baldwin is currently serving as a Regional Director for the Delaware Valley Chapter of INCOSE, responsible for collaborating with other professional societies in southern New Jersey. In 2012, he attained the Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) status from INCOSE. He holds a BA degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University, a MS degree in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University, and a PhD in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. His research interests include system of systems and data science.
