(MJW) This article feels very immature and not ready for version 0.5. It is extremely general and does not seem to relate to SE in any way. It would be more useful if each section of the article included some discussion on the implications/impact that the information in the section has on a team brought together to do SE work. For example, in the section based on Tuckman--what is particular about the forming stage for an SE team? What takes them from the forming stage on through to being productive? and so on.
